Mechanicsburg is fairy-tale central this weekend, when The Rosemary House's 32nd annual Fairy Festival takes over downtown Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the week keeps pace — three tribute concerts back-to-back at New Cumberland's West Shore Theatre, a dozen-plus library and kids' programs, and 9/11 remembrance events in Carlisle and New Cumberland, plus a Senior Expo in Camp Hill and Speranza's Septemberfest for rescue dogs in Mechanicsburg.
